Returns and Refund Policy

Our aim is to provide you with the best service for every purchase made. However, sometimes things don't go as planned. Here is a list of options and conditions when it comes to returning and requesting refunds for products at

I purchased an item but changed my mind and would like to return it for a refund.

If you wish to return an item for refund it must be sent within seven (7) days from the date you received the item. Any entitlement to a refund is void when the item is presented after the return period has expired. A minimum 30% restocking fee is charged on all returned items. All freight expenses are the customer's responsibility.

Items must be returned to within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, and at the customer's expense. Any entitlement to a refund or exchange is void when the product is presented after the return period has expired.

Shipping damage on receiving an order from via Standard Post

Shipping of small posters is extremely reliable and inexpensive using our Standard Postage service, and due to our robust packaging, very secure as well. However, this shipping option does not insure against loss or damage in transit - and so is at the Customer's risk.

If this is a concern for you, or you live in a country where damage to mail items is common, then we suggest upgrading to a Courier Shipping option.

Shipping damage on receiving an order from via Courier Option

If the customer receives an order in a damaged condition as a result from shipping, this must be reported to within 24 hours of delivery. Failure to do so warrants the customer taking full responsibility for the item. In cases where the customer has chosen an 'Insured' Shipping Option, a refund of the purchase price will be given.

Courier damage on returning an item to

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the product in its original condition. does not take responsibility if the product is returned in a damaged condition. Items at risk of damage from freighting should be returned in the original packaging or similar substitute. Failure to do so voids a refund or exchange.

How long does it take to process a refund? processes the RMA as soon as possible - generally this is within 5 working days.

Can I get a replacement instead of a refund?

Due to the limited availability of many of our products, a replacement is often not available. Consequently, it is our standard policy to process all returns as a refund. You are of course welcome to purchase replacement items should they be currently available on our website.
