In rare circumstances where your order has been lost or damaged, we will send you a replacement where possible. However due to the collectible/limited nature of our products, we may not be able to replace some items. Any items unable to be replaced will be refunded.
If you wish to return an item, it must be sent within seven (7) days from the date you received the item, in its original packaging, and in the original condition. A 30% restocking fee is charged on all returned items, and you will receive a store credit for the balance. Any entitlement to a credit is void when the item is presented after the return period has expired. All shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility.
Items must be returned to jposter.net within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, and at the customer's expense. Any entitlement to a store credit or exchange is void when the product is presented after the return period has expired.
Jposter.net processes the RMA as soon as possible after receiving the returned order. Generally this is within 5 working days.
